1. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data IZDE.KZ collects, why, and how it is protected. We comply with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

By ticking the box when you sign in, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data on these terms.

2. What we collect

Phone number; name; city and district; interface language.

For providers and shops: name, description, categories, districts, BIN/IIN.

Requests, offers, listings, products, chat messages, reviews and uploaded photos.

Technical data such as sign-in time and browser or device type, to keep your account safe.

If you turn on Telegram notifications: your Telegram chat id.

3. Why

So that you can sign in, post a request or listing, reach an agreement and get notifications; to check reports and protect users from fraud; and to improve the marketplace.

4. Who sees your data

A provider's name, rating and reviews are public. The other party sees your phone number only after a provider is chosen or a booking or order is confirmed.

BIN/IIN is never shown to other users. We do not sell personal data.

SMS codes are sent by an SMS gateway. If you use the AI foreman, the text of your question goes to the AI model provider only to get an answer — without your phone or name.

5. Where and how long

Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We keep data while your account exists, and longer only where the law requires it. Unused photos are deleted after a day.

6. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it in your profile, withdraw your consent and delete your account in your profile (“Delete account”). Without consent the marketplace cannot be used.

7. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), SMS codes are stored only as hashes, and only people who need data for their work can access it.
