Marketplace rules
Version of 19 Oct 2026
1. What IZDE.KZ is
IZDE.KZ is an online marketplace where clients find providers, rental owners, carriers and shops for the home, construction and the yard.
IZDE itself sells nothing, rents nothing out and does no work. Agreements on work, rental or purchase are made directly between the client and the provider, owner or shop, who are responsible for quality, timing, price and payment.
2. Signing in and your account
You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code. One number is one account. Do not share the code with anyone.
The marketplace is for people aged 18 and over. Providers and shops give truthful information about themselves; companies and shops give their BIN/IIN.
3. Requests, offers and listings
Be truthful about what needs doing, what you offer and what it costs. Photos must be your own and relevant.
Until a provider is chosen or a booking or order is confirmed, phone numbers and messenger links are not allowed in texts: the marketplace shares contacts once the parties agree.
Not allowed: goods and services prohibited by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan; fraud and fake reviews; insults; advertising other platforms; spam.
4. Reviews
Only the client can leave a review, after the work is done. The provider can reply. Reviews with insults or other people's personal data are hidden.
5. Reports and moderation
Any request, offer, listing, product, message or review can be reported with the Report button. Moderators check reports and may hide content or block an account for breaking these rules.
6. Money
For now the parties pay each other directly; IZDE does not accept or hold users' money. Prices are shown in tenge.
7. Liability
IZDE is responsible for running the marketplace, not for what users do or whether they keep their agreements. Disputes over work, rental or purchases are settled between the parties and, if needed, as provided by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. Changes
These rules may change. We announce significant changes on the site, and you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
